Refund / Money Back Policy
If, in the unlikely event you receive a product key that does not work, simply contact us within 24 Hours about the problem by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or visiting our CONTACT PAGE and our support team will contact you to guide the further process. In all cases, a product that does not work/allow you to activate your operating system, utility software etc. will be an error in transmission, for example, a spelling error in the product key code. So please simply write to us, and we will double check the key and re-send it. After checking if we found that, there is a problem in our product key, then we will give you a replacement. If still that does no satisfy you then we shall initiate Full refund to your original mode of payment on your request.
In case of the refund, within 4-7 working days buyer will receive full refund amount in the original mode of payment.
As long as the product has not been delivered, cancellation and refund is possible. Refunds will not be issued if your computer does not meet the minimum Product requirements for Windows 10 or other software. You need to make sure that your pc follow the system requirements for the product.
